Participating Properties Rules and Policies

The Wholesaler shall inform the Guests (and, where relevant, its Affiliates and Onward Distributors)

of the rules set forth in this Schedule.

  • The Guest shall not invite into the Participating Property any person whose behavior is likely to be disruptive to the Participating Property and/or to the stay of other Guests.

  • The Guest shall not bring into the Participating Property (communal areas and/or bedrooms) beverages or food from outside sources, unless clearly permitted in advance by the Participating Property in question.

  • The Guest shall not smoke in public premises and should only smoke in bedrooms if they have been classified as a smoking room and booked in advance as such a room. Some Participating Properties are 100% non-smoking, which means that smoking in the bedrooms is also forbidden.

  • The Guest shall not disrupt or interfere with the operations of the Participating Property, including its staff, and shall not compromise the safety of the Participating Property or the persons within.

  • More broadly, any behaviour contrary to good morals and public order, as well as any violation of the Internal Regulations of the Participating Property, will cause the Director and/or any other service provider to ask the Guest to leave the premises without compensation or refund. If no payment has yet been made, the Guest must pay the price of the services consumed before leaving.

  • The Guest also undertakes to ensure that the computer resources (including Wi-Fi) made available by the Participating Property are not used to infringe copyright or intellectual property rights. The Guest must also comply with the internet provider’s security policy and refrain from any act undermining these measures.

  • The Guest will be liable for all damage caused by him/her and/or his/her invitees within the Participating Property and shall bear all costs arising from such damage or failure to comply with the above rules. ACCOR reserves the right to intervene if necessary and take appropriate action.

  • The Participating Properties are operated by independent companies; therefore, the Customer may not hold ACCOR S.A. or any company in the ACCOR group liable for shortcomings attributable to the Participating Property.
