And that's what we defend at Gekko.

In France according to an INSEE report in 2015, only 17% of female company directors are women. Women represent a meer 42% of French professional and managerial staff, all the while being the most qualified with 60% of women completing a Master’s level education compared to 40% of men.

 

Since its creation in 2009, Gekko has always put equality betwen men and women in the limelight. But what concrete actions are implemented internally?
